The Seasonal Oil or Propane Driver role is onsite in Exeter, NH, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends, overtime, and on-call shifts. Pay is $27–$35 per hour. The driver supports Haffner’s regional delivery of fuel oil, diesel, gasoline, and propane. The role delivers energy products safely, efficiently, and courteously while maintaining delivery vehicles and required records. During quieter business periods, the driver may also assist with meter reading, tank setting, fleet reconditioning, and company-property maintenance.

What you'll do

• Deliver fuel and propane as directed while following safety practices and company regulations
• perform return-to-service checks and appliance relighting or starts as applicable
• inspect, document, clean, and maintain delivery trucks
• maintain accurate reports and customer payments
• attend safety and operations meetings
• provide delivery-related customer service
• assist with off-season tasks such as meter reading, tank setting, fleet reconditioning, and property maintenance.

Why this role

Requires a Class A or B commercial driver’s license with hazmat, tanker, and air-brake endorsements, a valid DOT medical certificate, and ability to drive a standard-shift transmission. Three or more years of petroleum or propane delivery experience is preferred.
