Feed Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop feed location managers and operational employees
• plan effective use of resources with feed locations
• work with location managers and administrators on accurate billing programs
• manage operations, customer satisfaction, distribution costs, and inventory to meet financial objectives
• ensure facility security and promote safety and regulatory programs
• lead equipment and facility maintenance program development and implementation
• collaborate with Agronomy and Energy departments on operations and marketing.
