Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is an onsite role based in Haymarket, VA. Compensation is $26.85 per hour. This position supports the security team in maintaining a safe environment for client assets and personnel. The role exists to supervise security personnel, ensure post orders are followed, and maintain high standards of security operations. The supervisor acts as a liaison between the company and the client to ensure quality service.

What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Train staff and review assignments.
• Assist in payroll submission and ensure adequate post coverage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
