What you'll do

• Oversee 4–7 restaurant locations
• develop Restaurant General Managers and Assistant Managers
• coach managers and address performance gaps
• improve guest satisfaction and speed of service
• manage sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expense targets
• conduct routine visits to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operating standards
• work to reduce employee turnover through coaching, recognition, and accountability
• develop annual operating plans with restaurant leaders
• spend approximately 80% of time in restaurants training managers and resolving operational challenges.
