What you'll do

• Manage property and staff in the absence of the Community Manager
• tour and present the community to prospective residents
• manage revenue and expenses
• ensure accurate bank deposits
• administer late and NSF charges
• maintain resident records
• issue notices
• monitor market trends
• report and follow up on service requests
• build strong resident relationships.
