Manufacturing Quality Manager

The manager leads the Quality department to strengthen product quality, reliability, and acceptance. The position develops team capability and departmental processes while ensuring customer and supplier quality requirements are handled accurately and on time.

What you'll do

• Set and support Quality team priorities and accountabilities
• review objectives and performance evaluations
• develop departmental metrics and continuous improvement
• build staff learning processes for measurement techniques and acceptance criteria
• oversee PPAP or ISIR submissions, nonconformance reporting, inspection, SPC, gauge programs, cost of quality, and internal audits
• lead customer quality issue resolution
• review 8D reports and corrective actions
• participate in APQP and quote reviews
• maintain IATF 16949 certification and quality procedures.
