Lead Agilist

What you'll do

• Coach Agile squads on Scrum principles, values, and practices
• facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• coach Product Owners and development teams on backlog management, prioritization, and business value
• identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers
• promote self-organization, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• use Agile metrics and feedback to improve effectiveness
• mentor team members and coach stakeholders
• coordinate across squads
• apply Kanban, Scrumban, XP, CI/CD, and test automation practices
• identify risks and support alignment with organizational policies and priorities.
