Program Manager – Intensive Family Support

What you'll do

• Mentor and support the team
• visit and maintain regular contact with families and children
• oversee development and implementation of family support plans
• enforce program regulations, policies, and contract requirements
• complete case intakes, enrollments, and closings
• monitor budgets and expenses
• respond to emergencies
• recruit and credential contract service providers
• meet with staff, supervisors, peer managers, division leadership, and DDS staff
• hire and train case managers and support staff when needed.
