What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage claims.
• Maintain communication with customers providing updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm damage identification.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
