What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, including prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
• assist residents with activities of daily living
• collaborate with healthcare professionals on individualized care plans
• maintain accurate patient records
• educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• follow infection-control and safety protocols.
