Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee monthly reporting for assigned properties
• review financial statements, schedules, bank and escrow reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, owner distributions, and management fees
• oversee cash flow and accounts payable
• support year-end audit and tax reporting
• manage property onboarding and offboarding
• train, support, and evaluate accounting staff
• serve as an escalation point for complex accounting issues and client inquiries
• assist with special projects.

Why this role
