The Community Companion — Disability Support role is onsite in Jupiter, FL, with a stated pay range of $20–$25 per hour. The ARC of the Treasure Coast seeks to provide companionship, support, and enriching experiences for individuals with disabilities. The schedule is Monday and Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. The companion plans community activities and outings, supports independent living skills, provides personal care as needed, and transports individuals to scheduled activities. Documentation of progress, goals, and incidents helps support the individuals and the team’s work.
