The specialist manages recruiting activities from candidate sourcing and screening through offers and new-hire orientation. By partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues, the role builds candidate pipelines and supports hiring across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, accounting, and other functions.

What you'll do

• Track candidate status in an applicant tracking system
• screen, select, and submit candidates
• participate in interviews
• promote the employer brand
• consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
• build candidate pipelines with internal and external stakeholders
• evaluate recruitment tools
• coordinate job fairs and hiring events
• use varied sourcing methods
• partner with recruiting agencies
• extend offers and follow up
• coordinate pre-employment checks and orientation
• support temporary-to-hire production staffing
• recommend hiring process improvements
• partner with HR on new-hire orientation.
