What you'll do

• Wash, clean, peel, chop, and slice fruits, vegetables, and meats
• set up workstations with ingredients and utensils
• measure ingredients and prepare basic sauces, dressings, or accompaniments
• organize stock and notify chefs of low inventory
• sanitize stations and wash kitchen equipment
• and follow food safety guidelines.
