Vice President, Operator Selection & Experience

The Vice President, Operator Selection & Experience role is onsite in Boulder, CO, with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 per year; total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus and equity. American Operator works to preserve small-business legacies and create pathways to ownership. This role builds and leads the operator lifecycle, from attracting and assessing leaders through preparing, matching, and supporting them in business ownership. It develops the operator network and programs while partnering with investment and operating teams to support successful transitions and long-term outcomes.

• Set operator talent strategy
