What you'll do

• Lead safety culture and investigate safety incidents
• manage prestart and preconstruction activities
• coordinate buyout, subcontracting, submittals, procurement, and risk review
• coordinate subcontractors, owners, field teams, designers, and vendors
• manage change requests and pay applications
• develop and update project schedules and resource logs
• identify schedule impacts and mitigation plans
• document decisions and report project status and profitability
• forecast costs and margins
• lead project closeout
• manage risks and project business plans.
