What you'll do

• Provide administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department
• Supervise assigned staff including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training
• Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions
• Determine caseloads, assign cases, review treatment plans, track data, and maintain file compliance
• Ensure consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques, promote a therapeutic environment, and develop/support quality improvement initiatives
• Design effective policies and procedures for behavioral intervention and serve as liaison to other departments
• Instruct and support staff in behavior intervention strategies, providing in-service training
• Facilitate behavior intervention team department meetings
• Maintain an individual case-load and perform all duties of a behavior analyst
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements and internal policies
• Work with management team to design effective policies and procedures for behavioral intervention.

What we're looking for

Education

Master’s Degree in behavior analysis or in mental health, psychology, or human services with a BCBA credential

Experience

1-3 years of experience with documented training in behavior intervention techniques
