Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member role is an onsite position located in State College, PA. 50/hr for overnight hours, and this role supports the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership and mentorship to store team members while ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. The Lead Team Member contributes to the company's goals by maintaining store standards, managing product inventory, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment for both staff and customers.
