What you'll do

• Prepare meals and menu items according to recipes and production schedules
• follow portion guidelines and resident dietary requirements
• prepare texture-modified and therapeutic diets as prescribed
• follow allergy and dietary restriction procedures
• monitor and document food temperatures
• label, date, store, and rotate food using FIFO practices
• maintain sanitary preparation areas
• communicate diet questions and resident feedback
• coordinate with Dietary Aides, Dietary leadership, and Nursing staff.
