The Accelerated Management Program – Operations is an onsite, full-time program based in the Eagan/Saint Paul, MN area. Pay is $29 per hour. The program supports Stevens Equipment Supply, a Daikin company, in its HVAC equipment distribution business.

What you'll do

• Complete a 12-month, hands-on program exploring branch operations or outside sales. The operational focus includes counter sales, warehouse shipping and receiving, and inside or showroom sales, while developing leadership skills and providing accurate pricing and inventory information. The outside sales focus includes business development, prospecting, customer relationship management, and sales training
• the program also includes Houston corporate training and may require relocation for career opportunities after completion.
