What you'll do

• Coordinate patient services with medical providers, the practice manager, and quality leadership
• provide medical triage and patient scheduling
• handle calls about care, test results, refills, appointments, and prior authorizations
• assist with urgent or emergent situations and referrals to emergency services when needed
• within license and training, provide nursing functions and ordered preventive care
• may screen patients and provide ordered vaccinations, immunizations, breathing treatments, and dressing changes
• assess walk-in patients
• use the EMR.

Why this role

LPN program graduation and an LPN license are required; RN education and licensure are preferred. Requires at least three years of LPN/RN experience in a medical office. BLS certification is preferred.
