What you'll do

• Direct, supervise, and mentor team members
• oversee design performance and technical peer and quality-control reviews
• develop and negotiate contract budgets and scopes
• manage work plans, staffing, training, project execution, finances, resources, change orders, and invoicing
• lead multidisciplinary project teams
• establish quality assurance processes
• develop and execute a regional strategic plan
• build client and industry relationships
• pursue business development and lead marketing initiatives for wastewater opportunities.
