What you'll do

• Lead and support warehouse staff

• train new employees
• serve as a staff contact and escalate issues
• monitor productivity
• oversee and assist with e-commerce picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• handle customer service emails about product and e-commerce issues
• coordinate deliveries and pickups
• receive and verify shipments
• update inventory systems
• label and prepare products for sale
• maintain inventory records, audits, and reconciliations
• organize warehouse layout and cleanliness
• identify process improvements and support productivity targets.
