The concrete construction roles are onsite in the Aberdeen, MD area, with pay of $20–$35 per hour. Kinsley Construction’s Building team is expanding from its North East, MD location and works across building, civil, and industrial construction. Depending on the selected role, employees lead crews, finish concrete, build frameworks and fixtures, or support concrete work from site preparation through finishing. These positions help deliver safe, accurate construction work through hands-on trade skills and adherence to project and safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Working foremen lead and motivate crews, plan labor and equipment, maintain daily logs, enforce safe practices, read plans, set forms, and oversee reinforcement installation.
• Finishers set forms, operate finishing equipment, install reinforcement, and spread, level, and smooth concrete.
• Carpenters construct and repair frameworks and fixtures, follow blueprints, and prepare sites.
• Laborers prepare sites, install forms and reinforcement, handle and pour concrete, operate tools, and assist with cleanup and demolition.
