The role supports guest satisfaction and the property’s long-term success through department leadership, staff development, financial oversight, and compliance with brand and corporate standards.

What you'll do

• Lead daily operations across departments
• drive revenue through sales strategies and cost control
• prepare budgets and financial reports
• participate in ownership calls
• ensure brand and corporate standards
• address guest concerns
• manage and mentor department leaders and staff
• support recruitment, training, and development
• inspect the property
• oversee preventive maintenance and deep cleaning
• partner with Accounting on AR/AP, payroll, and month-end work.
