Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Saint Charles, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. The technician will support a residential community with 486 market-rate units. The role maintains the property and prepares vacant units for occupancy, with a focus on make-ready work and unit turns while also handling work orders. It contributes to safe, functional buildings and responsive service for residents through repairs, grounds upkeep, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs as needed.

What you'll do

• Repair building components including sinks, windows, and floors
• maintain grounds
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• install, repair, and maintain plumbing, heating, air-conditioning fixtures, and appliances
• perform metal fabrication and welding
• troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
• complete minor work orders
• provide courteous customer service
• perform emergency or unscheduled repairs as needed.
