What you'll do

• Support daily kitchen operations, food production, and culinary team performance
• prepare and oversee menu items for residential dining, retail, catering, and special events
• coach and develop culinary associates
• support menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal offerings
• monitor food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation
• assist with inventory, purchasing, receiving, storage, food cost, and labor practices
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
• maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
