This position supports the Texas Support Center for Lifespace Communities, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering older adults. The role exists to lead the next evolution of the organization's people strategy. The Vice President will influence enterprise strategy, lead organizational transformation, strengthen capability, and build the talent and culture necessary to drive the business forward.
