What you'll do

• Conduct phone outreach and occasional email engagement
• identify, screen, and enroll eligible participants in the All of Us program and ancillary studies
• explain studies and answer questions
• use Teach Back and Motivational Interviewing
• obtain informed consent for IRB-approved protocols
• administer surveys and record data
• schedule participant appointments
• use data to assess outreach effectiveness
• occasionally recruit advisory board participants and coordinate with the research team.
