What you'll do

• Manage delinquent consumer accounts
• make and receive collection calls
• authenticate consumers
• negotiate payment arrangements
• review account history and circumstances
• document calls, payments, disputes, and account activity
• follow up on arrangements
• escalate complaints, bankruptcy notices, attorney representation, fraud claims, and other special circumstances
• meet performance goals
• comply with applicable laws and client requirements.
