The Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish/English role is onsite in Greensboro, NC. Compensation is $16 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role supports a manufacturing team and serves as a liaison between customers and internal departments. The representative handles customer calls and orders in English and Spanish, maintains accurate order records, provides product and shipping information, and resolves inquiries. Coordination with production, shipping, and warehouse teams helps ensure timely order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls in English and Spanish
