Quality Program Consultant

The Quality Program Consultant role is hybrid in Columbia, SC, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and as needed. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a start time between 7:00 and 8:00 AM and an end time between 3:30 and 4:30 PM. Compensation is $54.99 per hour. US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing talent and workforce solutions. This hands-on quality coach guides implementation and improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System. The consultant works with project managers and teams to meet quality requirements, maintain processes, support audits, and track corrective actions and performance metrics.

What you'll do

• Support QMS certification, improvement, and management review activities
• work with project managers and teams on quality requirements, measurement review, and causal analysis
• support internal audits and track findings and corrective actions
• plan and track external audits
• maintain quality forms, manuals, and reference materials
• administer document control and provide training
• monitor process metrics and service-level agreement compliance
• analyze data and trends.
