What you'll do

• Greet passengers
• assess travel needs
• assist with luggage check-in
• verify itineraries and bag counts
• enter passenger information
• process baggage payments and overweight-bag charges
• weigh and tag luggage
• issue boarding passes, claim tickets, and receipts
• provide directions and flight information
• organize and stock the skycap desk
• complete airline compliance training within the required timeframe.
