By building relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and property owners, the role positions product, installation, and pre-finishing solutions in proposals and converts quoted projects into business.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute an annual business plan for activity levels and target-account acquisition
• build proposals using product lines, installation, and pre-finishing capabilities
• acquire accounts and establish relationships with architects, general contractors, construction managers, developers, and property owners
• pursue competitive bids and convert quoted projects into committed business
• network through trade shows, association meetings, and industry events
• and maintain knowledge of Pella and competitor products.
