What you'll do

• Build relationships with homeowners in an assigned territory
• generate business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement
• schedule and conduct residential property inspections
• inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology
• prepare estimates and scopes of work
• explain restoration options and insurance claims
• coordinate with production teams
• communicate with customers throughout projects and follow up after completion.
