Job overview
The Tutor is an onsite role based in Tampa, FL. Compensation is $50.00 per hour, supporting the Club J youth program at Tampa JCC Federation Inc. This role exists to provide academic support to children in grades K–5. The tutor adapts teaching methods to individual needs, helping students review concepts and build confidence in core subjects.
What you'll do
- Meet individually with students to review concepts.
- Communicate with Club J Director and parents regarding goals.
- Escort children between Club J Afterschool and tutoring sessions.
- Provide a nurturing one-on-one tutoring experience.
