The Registered Nurse (RN), Home Care role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $45 per hour depending on experience. Senior Helpers provides in-home care services for seniors across the Minneapolis–St. Paul area. The nurse oversees client care through assessments, individualized care plans, and clinical guidance for caregivers, helping ensure safe and appropriate services in clients' homes.

What you'll do

• Travel to client homes for nursing assessments and observations
• evaluate clients and update care plans with the care team
• educate and support caregivers
• address client and family concerns
• coach caregivers on safety and quality
• and collaborate with management on care improvements. An active RN license, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are required.
