What you'll do

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• prepare financial statements and management reports
• analyze financial performance and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
• monitor and reconcile cash
• administer Positive Pay and fraud controls
• manage project accounting, job costing, revenue recognition, budgets, billings, forecasts, WIP schedules, and retainage
• support financial models, budgets, and forecasts
• oversee AP and AR activities
• maintain internal controls
• assist with audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting
• support employee timekeeping and expense reporting
• serve as an on-site HR and Finance contact for Hoffman employees when needed.
