The Associate Director/Director, Sales (Industry) role is onsite in Arlington, VA. The base salary range is $80,000–$105,000 per year, with a performance-based commission structure. The Health Management Academy brings together health system leaders and innovators to address industry challenges and opportunities. As an individual contributor, this role grows the Academy’s membership and solutions business within an assigned industry prospect pool. It develops executive relationships, connects market needs with Academy offerings, and supports new business through close and handoff to account management.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for memberships and solutions
• acquire new members and pursue multi-year contracts
• deliver consultative presentations
• build relationships with CXO audiences
• map market priorities to Academy solutions
• collaborate across departments
• work with a sales associate on lead generation and pipeline logistics
• hand off closed business to account management while supporting member satisfaction, renewals, and future growth.
