Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect City facilities and perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot building issues
• complete general carpentry, painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs within training and authority
• monitor building systems
• coordinate contractor work when needed
• respond to service requests and urgent facility issues
• maintain tools and supplies
• and document work and deficiencies.
