What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy and potentially lead or co-facilitate groups based on program need and clinician specialty
• conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical formulation
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• deliver CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and MI interventions tailored to client needs
• provide crisis intervention and safety planning as clinically indicated
• maintain Integrated Service Plans
• lead treatment-team coordination and case discussions
• coordinate care across psychiatry, nursing, case management, and support services
• maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
• prepare records for utilization review, audits, and insurance authorization.
