What you'll do

• Attend to customers at carnival concessions
• prepare simple food and beverages
• operate grills, fryers, griddles, or hot plates using safety and sanitation precautions
• wash, cut, and prepare food
• stock the booth according to a checklist
• clean and store items for transport
• set up and take down equipment using provided tools
• follow equipment instructions and report damage such as electrical cord issues.
