Security Officer — Patrol and Hazard Observation

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as required
• document incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns
• communicate with property management, tenants, and emergency responders.
