What you'll do

• Implement sales and marketing programs for the craft portfolio
• motivate distributor sales forces to achieve sales objectives
• sell products and expand product lines across distribution channels
• identify underpenetrated accounts and develop plans to establish business
• conduct staff education, tastings, and beer dinners
• ensure proper merchandising
• plan and execute permitted on-premise promotions and participate in off-premise demos, samplings, and tastings
• maintain key account and distributor relationships
• communicate market visits and submit activity recaps, agendas, and sales reports
• collect pricing and distribution data
• manage point-of-sale materials and operate within corporate and budget guidelines
• comply with laws governing malt beverage sales, merchandising, and promotion.
