Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. The technician maintains property condition and responds to tenant service requests, completing repairs and upkeep to support safe, clean, well-maintained communities.

What you'll do

• Conduct maintenance inspections and identify repairs
• respond to tenant service requests
• perform plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and HVAC repairs
• prepare apartments
• maintain activity records
• and keep common areas and grounds safe and clean.
