The Behavior Technician – Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, with a flexible schedule and pay of $21.00–$27.00 per hour. Miracles Therapy Center supports children and adults with autism and developmental disabilities in working toward their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis. The technician implements individualized behavior plans under supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts, tracks client progress, and uses behavior-analytic strategies to support skill development and behavior improvement. The role coordinates with clinicians and caregivers to promote consistent interventions across settings.

What you'll do

• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• use Discrete Trial Training, Naturalistic Teaching, and reinforcement techniques
• track client progress and submit session notes
• engage clients with positive reinforcement
• collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers
• address challenging behaviors according to plans and training
• follow HIPAA requirements
• participate in training and continuing education.
