What you'll do

• Assist attorneys with pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work
• conduct legal research and gather evidence
• draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• file and manage court documents and deadlines
• coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses
• review and summarize medical records and case documents
• organize discovery, case files, and trial exhibits
• maintain case management systems
• communicate case updates to clients.
