What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing technology for new and existing products using statistical measures. Investigate processes and fine-tune equipment and process setups based on product, material, tooling, and location. Review technology launches for design and material feasibility, cycle time, tooling, and quality. Troubleshoot production issues using production data and statistical and digital measures. Create process and equipment documentation
• develop equipment and tool specifications with suppliers
• define validation requirements and validate equipment, technologies, and tools. Collaborate with manufacturing technology groups, Purchasing, IT, Maintenance, and Quality.
