What you'll do

• Carry out work orders and cleaning schedules
• inspect exteriors, units, equipment, systems, grounds, parking, and fields to identify work needed
• perform groundskeeping and cleaning
• record work and improvements
• maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• report unusual property or resident circumstances
• diagnose issues and repair or replace parts as appropriate
• use hand and power tools and apply chemicals
• follow OSHA standards and company safety policies
• maintain clean work areas and a professional appearance.
