What you'll do

• Learn and execute daily store operations, including cash handling, deposits, checklists, fuel monitoring, price changes, vendor check-in, and inventory counts
• maintain cleanliness, food safety, merchandising, and facility standards
• promote sales and selling initiatives
• train and coach team members
• support ordering, receiving, stocking, rotation, and shrink control
• ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
• assist with minor maintenance and work orders
• learn store profit-and-loss drivers
• learn scheduling and provide shift coverage
• complete reports and paperwork
• perform hands-on register, foodservice, cleaning, and stocking work.
